Topic: Reasonable fine?
When a company commits a series of safety breaches that endanger the lives of the public and its workforce and is fined a mere £4,000, isn't it like the courts giving the green light to cowboy operators?

Couldnt agree more and I think that when companies are caught breeching H&S legislation and are taken to court it shows that it is obviously a serious breach and needs to be dealt with in that manner not just some minor slap on the wrist.
At the end of the day its these people who bring our industry into disrepute and they should be dealt with properly.
