Topic: Why is the demolition industry almost exclusively caucasian...?
In the past two years, I have been privileged enough to attend conventions, seminars, meetings and discussions on the demolition industry in more than 10 different countries.
During that time, I have been struck by the sheer lack of ethnic diversity in the European and US demolition industry. Sure, ethnic minorities ARE represented at site level but where are the black and hispanic demolition engineers and company directors?
