Topic: The impact of demolition rule changes...

Much has been written about the changes to the rules over pre-demolition planning and the potential impact upon the demolition industry as a whole.   But with so litte information actually available, what IS the likely impact?

Here's a funny thing i fail to see what differance this has actually made.

Probably because i haven't taken enough time t get someone to explain it properly, but people who have explained it to me it doesn't apprear to be that much differant.
