Topic: Would you pay £133/hour for the HSE to investigate you?
The HSE is currently consulting the industry on plans to charge as much as £133/hour to recover costs of its investigations. Is this a justified case of "only those that transgress need worry" or an attempt by the HSE to turn its investigations into a cash cow?
